      Thank you for your review. This dress is a Pre-Order item and it is stated in the description that it is due to ship at the end of April or beginning of May, as well as stating an estimated arrival date of April 28-May 2. The dresses are in fact due to arrive in Chicago tomorrow, so they will be shipped out right away.

      I hope you will reconsider the one star review, as it greatly dimishes our reputation that we have worked so hard to build. Thank you.
